The official 2023 CAMCA (Central Asia-Mongolia-Caucasus-Afghanistan) Regional Forum report was recently released highlighting the events held in Almaty, Kazakhstan over June 15th-16th, 2023. Organized by the Rumsfeld Foundation, the Central Asia-Caucasus Institute and the CAMCA Network, the 2023 Forum brought together more than 180 experts and professionals from around the globe to discuss timely developments throughout the CAMCA region while addressing this year’s Forum theme: "Uniting CAMCA: Progress and Possibilities."
Attendees traveled to Kazakhstan’s largest city to participate in the Forum from across the CAMCA countries as well as from Germany, India, Iran, Peru, Sweden, the United Kingdom and the United States.
Many alumni of the CAMCA Fellowship Program were in attendance with 25 of them representing the CAMCA Network throughout the agenda as speakers and panelists.
Developed as a platform for regional dialogue, the CAMCA Regional Forum continues to serve as a premier annual convening that brings together international leaders and professionals from across all sectors to discuss ways to collaborate on important regional issues.
